Job Description: As a Pre-Sales Team Manager specializing in telecalling at Dream Works Realtors, you will be responsible for leading a team of telecalling executives to effectively engage with potential clients. Your role will involve making outbound calls, explaining property features, scheduling appointments for property viewings, and following up with leads. You will ensure the team maintains a comprehensive database of contacts and provides top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the telecalling team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve performance targets.
- Outbound Calling: Oversee and participate in making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining property features, and scheduling appointments for property viewings.
- Inbound Call Management: Handle and manage the team’s response to inbound customer calls, addressing queries, and providing detailed information about products/offers/services.
- Customer Engagement: Follow communication scripts to handle various topics, identify customer needs, clarify information, and offer solutions or alternatives.
- Upselling: Seize opportunities to upsell products when appropriate and align with customer needs.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain sustainable relationships with clients, engaging them by taking the extra mile.
- Database Management: Keep accurate and comprehensible records of all conversations and interactions in our database.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze team performance metrics, implement improvements, and ensure adherence to qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance telecalling skills and product knowledge.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all telecalling activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Continuous Learning: Encourage and attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance levels.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a telecalling or pre-sales role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
