Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage the procurement operations for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials at competitive rates, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient coordination between the engineering, store, and accounts departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Supplier Management:
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers to ensure high-quality materials and competitive pricing.
- Maintain an updated supplier database with all relevant details including GST and PAN.
- Continuously assess vendor performance for reliability and quality.
- Procurement Process:
- Handle end-to-end procurement for real estate projects.
- Ensure timely preparation and approval of Purchase Orders (POs).
- Manage procurement activities using Highrise Software (Purchase Module).
- Cost Management:
- Obtain multiple quotations and perform cost comparisons for management review.
- Negotiate prices, credit terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers to optimize cost and quality.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Check all vendor bills for accuracy and submit to Accounts Department for processing.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of bills in Highrise Software.
- Collaborate with accounts payable to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Coordination & Communication:
- Liaise daily with Engineering and Store departments to track material requirements and inventory.
- Monitor and track all purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and government regulations.
- Provide all necessary GST, PAN, and tax-related documents to the accounts team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
- Proficiency in Highrise Software or similar ERP systems.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
- Working knowledge of taxation and compliance related to procurement (GST, PAN, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with construction materials and vendor base.

Role Overview: This position serves as the face of the company. The front office executive is expected to greet clients, handle phone and email inquiries, manage appointments, and support internal operations. In a real estate setting, it is important to be well-organized, presentable, and familiar with property-related communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and walk-ins in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain the reception area in a neat and organized condition.
- Schedule and confirm appointments between clients and property agents.
- Maintain records of client visits, inquiries, and daily footfall.

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimation and Billing Engineer to support our civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, managing cost and quantity data, handling client quotations, and overseeing all aspects of billing and payment processes. The role requires a strong understanding of engineering drawings, quantity calculations, and on-site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
A) Estimation Work
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and scope of work to determine accurate cost estimates.
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns including materials, labor, equipment, and transportation.
- Calculate quantities of RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) using architectural and structural drawings.
- Develop comprehensive estimates covering both structural and finishing items.
- Maintain proper records of initial estimates, revisions, and actual project expenditures.
- Draft and send quotations to clients and follow up for payments as needed.
- Coordinate with architects and consultants for drawing approvals and technical clarifications.
- Prepare RCC Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) with precise detailing.
- Generate project cash flow statements and material reconciliation reports.
B) Billing Work
- Prepare RA (Running Account) bills based on work progress, material usage, and labor reports.
- Draft and process contractor/subcontractor bills in line with actual executed work.
- Verify and certify quantities and measurements on-site before processing invoices.
- Monitor and reconcile material and labor costs with initial project budgets.
- Finalize contractor payments after review and necessary approvals.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department to ensure timely processing and disbursement.
- Submit complete billing documentation and reports to internal teams.
- Prepare civil work orders and evaluate vendor quotations based on rate, quality, and material specifications.
- Participate in contractor finalization and rate negotiation processes.
- Review and approve contracts, supervise on-site work for quality and accuracy when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- 3–7 years of experience in estimation and billing for civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and related technical specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity estimation software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
- Good communication skills for client and vendor interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
